Notlar	Mid to late 11th century letter sent from No Amon (i.e. Alexandria) and addressed to the ‘holy community dwelling in Greece (Yavan), being the holy community, the community of Marathia [or perhaps Mastuara in Byzantium]’. The letter deals with the ransoming of Byzantine Jews taken captive, and was probably a letter of introduction to be carried by one of them, called Leo.
