Notlar	The letter and its enclosure relate to the recent seizure and release of the bugla [buggalow, or boat] Sumherein the Gulf, which Kemball reported previously was caught transporting slaves. The enclosure with Anderson’s letter is an extract of paragraph 11 of despatch no.32 of 1854 from the Court of Directors, dated 22 November 1854.
