Isl. Ms. temp. no. 119 \| Binding: Boards covered in dark green cloth with dark green leather over spine (quarter binding), serving as a custom wrapper or case in portfolio style with flaps extending from the edges of the lower board and cloth tape tie closure ; board linings and flap coverings in wove paper printed with a floral vegetal pattern in green ; spine gold-stamped with title and decorative accents "شرح السعد للتصريف الزنجاني \| J.H.D." ; sewing virtually gone (occasional trace of primaries in yellow), though originally in two stations, many bifolia split ; textblock dramatically and very unevenly trimmed (most of upper margin lost except where glosses present) and set into portfolio (now fitting large) ; overall in fairly good condition. \| Support: European laid paper with 7 laid lines per cm.
