Notlar	This part of the volume (folios 38-70) contains correspondence related to the reopening of the Turkish civil post office at Mosul Vilayet (province) and the question of which overprint to use on the available Turkish stamps. The three overprint options that were under discussion are the following: 'Mosul in British Occupation', 'Iraq in British Occupation' and Indian stamps surcharged 'I.E.F."D"'. This part also contains correspondence regarding the arrangement of four sets of stamps of each variety to be sent to His Majesty King George V, the Imperial War Museum, and to the General Post Office.The main correspondents in this part of the volume are: the Under-Secretary of State for India, Political Department, India Office; the Civil Commissioner, Baghdad; the Deputy Director, Postal Services (Civil), Iraq, Baghdad; the Imperial War Museum; and the General Post Office, London. \| 1 item (33 folios) \| more \| less
