Notlar	The volume consists of three parts:Part 1 contains correspondence relating to the salaries of HM consular and diplomatic officers, mainly those employed in Persia, but also those in Muscat, Bahrain, and Sharjah.Part 2 contains correspondence mainly relating to financial concessions for consular officers and Legation servants in Persia [Iran].Part 3 mostly consists of correspondence regarding the payment of dollar exchange compensation allowance for Government employees at Bahrain and Kuwait, and for postal staff at Dubai, Gwadur and Bahrain.Each part includes a divider which gives the subject and part numbers, the year the subject file was opened, the subject heading, and a list of correspondence references contained in that part by year.
