Notlar	Correspondence regarding a proposed Anglo-Russian loan of £10,000 to meet the initial cost to the Turco-Persian Frontier Commission of erecting boundary pillars, to be ultimately recoverable from the Turkish and Persian Governments. Following discussion it is decided to make a payment to the Persian Government only.
