The correspondence is between the Political Agent, Bahrain, Adviser to the Government of Bahrain (Charles Dalrymple Belgrave), Political Resident in the Persian Gulf, and the claimants themselves.The papers cover the discussion following a petition to the Political Agent from the claimants.
