Notlar	Recto: document dated Adar 1395 of the Seleucid Era (= 1084 CE) in which Moses b. Abraham gives power of attorney of anything held by Maḥbūb to ʿAmram b. Joseph he-Ḥasid. Mentions Ḥassūn ha-Levi b. Solomon and al-Mahdiyya. Verso: postclassical piyyuṭ אשא דעי ליחד, with an alphabetic acrostic and internal rhyme.
