It notes that as requested, the complaint has been submitted to higher authorities.Enclosed with the letter is a copy and translation of the complaint submitted to William Bruce, dated 29 October 1811; this complaint also includes details of Stephen Watson Henshaw's outstanding rent, which the Resident is requested to settle.
