Enclosed is a copy of a letter to the Agency at Basra, also from Charles Elphinstone and Lawrence Nilson.Enclosed letter (dated 21 May 1768): To Henry Moore, East India Company Agent at Bussora [Basra]. The letter gives a detailed account of the first attack on the Island of Carrack [Kharg]. The letter is certified a true copy by the signature of J. Y.
