Notlar	The letter is informing the Linguist and the Broker that since the Resident has been called away to Sheraz [Shiraz] on public duties, they are to be left in charge of the Bushire Residency and the company factory there. Outlined in the letter are detailed instructions covering their duties and responsibilities, along with further specific instructions concerning money and supplies, which they are to provide as requested.Enclosed with the letter are two circulars, which provide instructions to the masters of merchant ships and the commanders of East India Company cruizers that arrive at Bushire.
