Ethersey, Commanding Officer Persian Gulf Squadron, in relation to the destruction of two boats and a fine at Abu Dhabi as punishment for piracy, and the extraction of a written apology from the Shaikh of Dubai over stones thrown at a British naval officer by his subjects.
