Notlar	In this letter, received 9 May 1802, Samuel Manesty, Resident at Bussora [Basra], informs Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun [Mirza Mahdi 'Ali Khan Bahadur], Native Resident at Bushire, that the Alertis returning to Bushire. He acknowledges the circumstances that prevent Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun from paying him 24,000 pisasters and requests that the latter will not think of trying to make the payment while the Bushire treasury is in its present state. Manesty writes that the invoice of woollens from the Diamond, which Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun sent to him, is not of any use; he requests a general statement of the actual final sales of the whole consignment of broad cloth and perpetuanoes [perpetuanas]. \| 1 folio \| more \| less
