Notlar	Letter regarding a telegram received from Government requesting that Pelly inform Sayed Torkee [Turki bin Said] that they forbid him from attacking Muskat [Muscat] and that if he persists and violates the maritime truce they will treat him as an enemy.The letter also requests that Pelly translate and communicate this message both to Sayed Torkee and to those tribes who had expressed a wish to aid him.The letter also gives Sayed Torkee's reply that he intends to attack Muskat by land and not sea and will thereby not violate the truce.The letter refers to enclosed extracts from the agent at Muskat's reports which are not included. \| 2 folios \| more \| less
