Notlar In this letter to Commodore George Robinson, Commander of the Persian Gulf Squadron, Arnold Burrowes Kemball, Resident in the Persian Gulf, encloses a letter (not included) which calls upon Sheikh Saeed ben Guzeel to recover the sum of 250 tomans from the parties responsible for the buglah which imported thirty-six slaves into Lingah [Bandar-e Lengeh]. In addition, Kemball requests that Mirza Futhoollah, the subordinate of the Persian Commissioner, be given passage to Lingah so that he may collect from the same parties a sum of 535 krans for the slaves' provisions.
