Notlar	Letter regarding an enclosed letter from Brigadier-General John Dobrée Woollcombe on the means at his disposal to coerce rebellious Chiefs or Nobles in his regions, and supprting the General's suggestions.The letter goes on to propose a station at Nusseerabad [Nasīrābād] with artillery and to discuss the increase in border raids, and towns and villages harbouring robbers, which may need to be made an example of.The letter also includes an addendum in pencil requesting a copy of this letter be sent to Woollcombe, also dated 25 October.
