Transcription of Qiṣṣat Aṣḥāb al-Kahf contemporary. \| Accompanying materials: Acquisitions slip from Yahuda. \| Former shelfmark: From inner front cover and fore edge flap label, "IL 278a" (likely supplied by Yahuda, see acquisitions slip). \| Binding: Pasteboards covered in dark red leather ; Type II binding (with flap) ; board linings in untinted laid paper, hinges in printed mottle paper, envelope flap lined in marbled paper (mainly lime green, pin, and dark lavender) ; upper and lower covers carry blind-stamped mandorla (filled with vegetal decoration, compare Déroche class. NSd 7) with tooled rosette pendants and accents, as well as tooled border in a series of s-shaped stamps flanked by blind rules ; sewn in white thread, two stations ; worked chevron endbands in white and red, good condition ; overall in fair condition with some abrasion, lifting and minor losses of leather on upper board, etc. ; spine repair in cream textile (linen), holding detached upper cover to textblock. \| Support: European laid paper with 10 laid lines per cm.
