Notlar	In this letter, Arnold Burrowes Kemball, Resident in the Persian Gulf, informs Justin Sheil, Her Majesty's Minister Plenipotentiary and Envoy Extraordinary at the Court of Persia, that he has received a communication from the Government of Bombay which states that the Governor General in Council, Lucius Bentinck Cary, has agreed to sanction the increase of the salary of the Native Agent at Shiraz. In addition, Kemball states that the Governor in Council has no objection to the presentation of a kelat [khilat] to the Agent on New Year's Day. \| 1 folio \| more \| less
