In addition, there are copies of correspondence between the British Political Resident and Ibn Sa‘ūd, Victor Cavendish, 9th Duke of Devonshire, Secretary of State for the Colonies, and Andrew Ryan, British Legation, Jiddah.This correspondence concerns the personalities of the brothers ‘Abd al-‘Azīz al-Quṣaybī and ‘Abdullāh al-Quṣaybī, Najdi merchants and agents of Ibn Sa‘ūd at Bahrain.
