Inventory cataloguing slip in hand of Winifred Smeaton Thomas. | Former shelfmark: From inner front cover, "IL 57 II" (likely supplied by Yahuda). | Binding: Pasteboards covered in red-brown leather ; Type II binding (with flap) though flap and lower cover are now missing ; upper cover carries stamped central mandorla (compare Déroche class.
