Notlar	The letter is enclosing a copy and translation of a communication (see f. 108) from Mahomed Jaffer Kaun [Muḥammad Ja‘afar Khān], Governor of Bushire, in which he requests an advance of one year's rent for the factory. The letter notes that in the interest of maintaining good relations, the Resident has agreed to the request. \| 2 folios \| The enclosure has not been transcribed with the main letter, but on the recto side of the preceding folio; the enclosure is located on f. 108 and the main letter can be found on f. 109v. Three completely separate items are located between the enclosure and the main letter. \| more \| less
