Notlar	Recto: part of a lease agreement in which Solomon ha-Zariz b. Ḥalfon agrees to lease a property in Ashqelon from the Heqdeš (charitable institution). The lease is dated Iyyar 488[.] (= 1120-29 CE). Witnessed by Ṣedaqa b. Saʿadya, Mevoraḵ b. Saʿadya, Aaron b. Joseph, and Jacob b. Elʿazar. Verso: record of the yearly rent paid to the elders of the Heqdeš. The yearly rent is a quarter of a dinar or 8.5 waraq dirhams. The yearly records are witnessed by the elders Nathan ha-Kohen b. Mevoraḵ and Yefet b. Yešuʿa. During the course of the records Nathan ha-Kohen b. Mevoraḵ dies and is replaced by his son Mevoraḵ ha-Kohen b.
