Notlar	Letter enclosing a statement of expenses incurred in supporting Syed Humza of Johanna and his followers from 28 February 1826 onwards, and reporting that he had not yet received a response from the Government at Shiraz regarding the question of remuneration for Syed Humza's losses.The letter goes on to discuss Stannus intention to send him to Muscat in order that he could obtain passage home to Johanna, which he then postponed on having received a Firman from His Highness (Fath ʻAlī Shāh) regarding restituion of property at Dashtee [Dashtī] and which he hoped would be followed by a response in relation to this matter, but that as no response had been forthcoming he was again making arrangements for him to travel to Muscat. \| 1 folio \| more \| less
