It further reports that it is believed that the English captain and crew have been killed and advocates that action should be taken against the pirates.One enclosure; a translation of a letter from Hajee Mohumed Jemaul Kongoon of [Kangān] Congoon, received 2 December 1807. It details the circumstances surrounding the capture of the Shannonby the Jowasme [Qāsimī] tribe near the Island of Soorree. \| 1 folio \| Condition: The item has suffered from pest damage which has resulted in a few minor holes in the folios.
