Kemball states that the chart describes the coast from Ras Mussendom [Musandam] to Ras el Hudd [Ra's al Ḥadd] in Oman, and is not yet published. Kemball discusses whether the utility of the map would be improved if Arabic place names were used in addition to the English, and refers to the recent incidents on shipwreck and plunder that have occured on this particular stretch of coast, including the Centaurin 1852. \| 1 folio \| more \| less
