It recommends that the Resident only ships sulphur on the company's cruizers or country ships in future. Two enclosures:1. A copy of a letter from Edward Hutchins Ballassis [Bellasis], Secretary to the Military Board to Francis Warden, Chief Secretary to the Government, Bombay, dated 30 March 1815.2. A copy of a letter from James Inverarity, Agent for Gunpowder, Bombay to Captain Edward Hutchins Bellasis, Secretary to the Military Board, Bombay. The letter reports that the bugulah [buggalow] Dorabee Naguodah Abdul Rahime, which was requisitioned to transport sulphur to India, has not arrived at the port of Bombay; it is believed that the missing vessel may have been taken by pirates. | 2 folios | more | less
