Notlar	The letter discusses the tardiness of a boat carrying a packet from Basra to Bushire that missed the departures of the Successand the Spencerfor Bombay. There is a repeat of an order to charge the Residency for the late Mr Rhoddy's expenses. Disapproval is expressed for the detention of a sloop at Bushire that which was later captured by the Chaub [Banu Ka‘b], and for the insubordinate tone of Jervis' letters.
