Notlar	The letter is reporting that Shaikh Humood ben Mahomed has stated that the purpose of Ali ben Ibraheem ul Mureykhee's visit to Egypt is solely for soliciting the aid of Abass Pasha, Viceroy of Egypt [Wāli of Egypt and Sudan], for the rulers of Bahrain. It explains that it is hoped that the Pasha will be able to separate Ameer Fysul [Amīr Fayṣul], Chief of the Wahabee [Wahhabi], from the cause of their kinsmen at Demaun [Ad-Dammān].
