Notlar	Letter regarding the retrieval of merchandise from Muskat [Muscat] belonging to British Subjects, the possibility of rendering assistance to Hindoos [Hindus] who have merchandise there too and the need for any vessel retrieving these belongings to either be armed or be accompanied by a man 'o' war vessel.
