Notlar Recto: betrothal deed, in which Israel b. Daniel (groom-to-be) betroths Sittūna bat David b. Abraham (bride-to-be), dated Sunday, 11th Tammuz 4767/1318 (= 1007 CE), in Fusṭāṭ. The bride’s father is her representative, as witnessed by David b. Šemaʿya, and Ḵalaf b. Abraham. The marriage gift is 250 dinars, of which 100 dinars has already been advanced. The document is written and signed by Muʿammar the scribe b. Isaac, and signed by Yefet ha-Kohen b. Ṭoviyya and Samuel b. Enoch.
