Notlar Recto: upper right portion of a marriage contract between Joseph b. Mawhūb and Sittān bat Mevasser b. Yešuʿa, written in Tyre, dated (not completely legibly) according to the destruction of the Temple along with blessings and pious wishes for the redemption of Israel. The text is a Hebrew rendition of an Aramaic-Palestinian-style marriage contract. Items in the dowry list include gold coins, earrings, a wristband. The brother of the bride, Yešuʿa b. Mevasser, acted as her agent and representative. Ca. 11th century. Verso: Beginning of Kitāb ḥudūd al-bulūḡ wal-idrāk (on the attainment of majority), possibly by Samuel b.
