The copyist is not identified. The author is named on fol.1b (p.2) and appears to be the Aḥmad ibn ʻUmar ibn Ayyūb al-Izmīrī named by Kaḥḥālah (see ed. Dimashq, 1957 p.29). \| Former shelfmark: British Museum, London "No.5.
