Notlar	In this letter Ephraim Gerrish Stannus, Resident in the Persian Gulf, Bushire, refers to Henry Willock's letter of 11 January 1824. He states that it appears that Captain Henry Hardy has not taken up any sums of money on account of the Mission, beyond the sum of 16,000 rupees mentioned in his (Hardy's) letter of 17 November 1823.
