Also, the construction of drainage systems around Manama to stop the disease is the subject of correspondence exchanges with the Manama Municipality.The file contains posters and leaflets in Arabic; and several documents in Arabic with English translation: notices from the Government of Bahrain, posters and leaflets on malaria, correspondence with the Ruler of Bahrain, Shaikh Ḥamad bin ‘Īsa Āl Khalīfah.The file also contains a blueprint on folio 87: 'Chart I Showing fortnightly figures of malaria cases treated at Victoria Memorial Hospital, Manama, and average mean temperature during the year 1933-1937'. | 1 file (146 folios) | The papers in the file are arranged chronologically.
