Notlar	Letter acknowledges a letter received and congratulates Manesty on his role as temporarily in charge of affairs while Mr. Latouche is in Bagdat [Baghdad] and Aleppo. An additional note (on 13 March 1785) states that departure of the letter was delayed due to the arrival of His Majesty's Ship the Activeunder command of Captain Simon Mackenzie.
