(vertical, fairly distinct, some curving) and chain lines spaced roughly 28-30 mm. apart (horizontal, curving), cream in color, thin and quite transluscent though sturdy, lightly burnished ; flyleaves in European laid paper with roughly 10 laid lines per cm.
