The work, also known as the Compendium of Statements of the Ancient and Modern Physicians and Philosophers on Simple Drugs(الجامع لأقوال القدماء والمتحدثين من الأطباء والمتفلسفين في الأدوية المفردة), is arranged alphabetically following the ancient Semitic abjadorder.
