Porter of a bugla (boat) flying British colours, which has been detained by Khojah Hiskal, the native agent at Muscat. Commodore Porter's reply was included with the original letter. Hennell writes that the crew of the ship has dispersed and the captain (nakhuda) sent to him via Bahrain for 'adequate punishment.'
