Notlar	Kemball reports on his visit to Sheikh Mahomed ben Khuleefa [Muhammad bin Khalifa] ruler of Bahrain, in which the two men discuss the threat posted by the Wahhabi chief Ameer Fysul [Faisal bin Turki] and others (from Qatar, Oman) to Bahrain, and the risk of invasion. The question of British protection extended to Bahrain is discussed, as is bin Khalifa's rule and attitude to his own people and Arab neighbours. Kemball writes that he will continue to monitor the situation on the Arab Coast, and will take all steps to prevent invasion of Bahrain should it be attempted. \| 5 folios \| more \| less
