Notlar Medium gray-blue glazed faience double animal amulet with a rectangular base. From opposite ends of the same recumbent body spring a lion’s head and forelegs, and a bull’s head and forelegs. The bull’s horns support a sun-disk. The bull’s hump is decorated with incised lines. There is a loop on the back between the two heads. Condition: Lion’s left ear missing; chips in base; black discoloration on base and in hollows. | more | less
