Dated Sunday 19th Sivan 1446 CE in Fusṭāṭ (= 1135 CE). Written under the authority of [Maṣ]liaḥ ha-Kohen. In the hand of Ḥalfon ha-Levi b. Manasseh and witnessed by him and Nathan ha-Kohen b.
