The sample appears to contain an image of a sketch map of roads and hillocks.The letter goes on to express his willingness to undertake any work necessary in making researches of The History of Maywar [Mewār] by Dabee Peishar, and which he had translated from Sanscrit, the letter also offers Pelly the services of his sons who are also employed in antiquarian work in Tonk state.Envelope addressed to Charles Umpherston Aitchison, Gorton Castle, from Lewis Pelly. The envelope contains two original one anna stamps and an original wax seal.Testimonial of Pandita Ramarna, Sri Raghunathji Temple, Latok, Amirganj about his work in Harotee, written by J F W Muir, Officiating Political Agent Harotee and Tonk, dated 1 February 1873. \| 4 folios \| more \| less
