Notlar	Bu vazo, 400-0090 envanter numaralı vazonun çiftidir. Turkuaz bir zeminin üzerinde yaldızlı süslemelere sahiptir. Her iki tarafında yaldızlı oval çerçevelerin içine yerleştirilmiş birer resim vardır. Vazonun ön yüzünde av konulu bir sahne, arkasında ise, sağ alt köşesinde “Leber” imzasını taşıyan bir göl manzarası görülür. Av sahnesi, Hollandalı ressam Carel van Falens’e atfedilen, 1726 tarihli "Rendez-vous de chasse (Av Buluşması)" adlı tablonun bir uyarlamasıdır. Sıklıkla av sahneleri resmeden van Falens’in “Leber”e ilham kaynağı olan bu tablosu, günümüzde Louvre Müzesi’nin koleksiyonunda yer alır. Vazonun ön yüzündeki üç figür, atları ve köpekleriyle birlikte, kısmen görülen bir evin önünde resmedilmiştir. Kadın ile elinde doğanı olan bir erkek atlarının üzerindeyken aralarında duran bir genç erkek kendi atını dizginlerinden tutmaktadır. Van Falens’in tablosunun adeta aynaya göre simetriğinin alındığı bu tasvirde “Leber”, yalnızca sahnenin merkezindeki figürleri betimlemeyi seçmiştir. Vazonun kapağının tepesi, yaldızlı bronzdan yapılmış ters bir meşe palamudu formundadır. Gövdesinin iki yanındaki yaldızlı bronz kulplar, vazoyla birleştikleri noktalarda birer koç başı ile süslenmiştir. Vazonun kapağında, boynunda ve alt kısmında, dekoratif bitkisel motiflerden oluşan yaldızlı süslemeler vardır. Yaldızlı bronz kaidesinin köşelerinde çiçek ve yaprak kabartmaları bulunmaktadır. --- This vase is of a pair with the vase bearing the inventory number 400-0090. It features gilt decorations on a turquoise ground colour. Each side features a painted scene contained within a gilded oval frame. On the front is a hunting scene, while the back features a lake landscape, with the signature ‘Leber’ on the bottom right corner. The hunting scene is an adaptation of "Rendez-vous de chasse (The Hunters’ Gathering)", dated 1726, attributed to the Dutch painter Carel van Falens. This painting by van Falens, who was known for his hunting scenes, is today in the Louvre Museum’s collection. The painting on the front of the vase depicts three figures with their horses and dogs, in front of a partially visible house. A woman and a man holding a hawk are pictured on their horses, while a young man stands between them, holding his horse by the reins. This adaptation is a mirror image of van Falens’s painting, however, the artist ‘Leber’ has chosen to only depict the central figures of the original artwork. The vase’s lid is topped with a gilt bronze finial in the shape of an acorn. Two ram’s heads on either side of the vase connect the gilt bronze handles to the main body. The vase’s lid, neck and foot are decorated with gilded foliate motifs.
