Notlar The letter is informing the Bombay Government that Hajee Said (also spelt Syed) Mahomed Hossain Khan, who is proceeding to Muscat, has been provided with letters of introduction to the Imam of Muscat and the company's broker there.Enclosed with the letter are two enclosures:1 - Translation of a letter from Merza Abdol Vahab, Minister to the King of Persia to the Resident at Bushire.The letter requests that the Resident provides Hajee Said Mahomed Hossain Khan with the necessary letters of recommendation to facilitate the removal of his family from India to Najaff.2 - Translation of a firmaun [firman] from Hossain Ali Merza [Ḥusayn ‘Alī Mirzā], Prince at Shiraz to the Resident at Bushire.The firmaun requests that the Resident provides Hajee Said Mahomed Hossain Khan with the necessary letters of recommendation to facilitate the removal of his family from India to Najaff.
