Notlar	Kemball writes to confirm receipt of Malet's previous despatch (ff 318-23), informing him that he has personally reprimanded the Muscat native agent, Khojeh Hiskael. Kemball attributes Hiskael's actions to inexperience rather than a conscious disregard of authority, and is confident such an incident will not be repeated.
