Notlar	The letter informs Hardy that MacLeod has received native reports of an attack on a Bahrain boat and it would appear that the attackers were 'Bedowins [Bedouins] of the desert' who had taken possession of a fishing boat on the coast between Ras Reean [?] and Bidow [?]. He writes that he has written to the Agent at Bahrain on the subject and that every enquiry should be made into the affair to prevent its recurrence.
