Notlar	Letter from Haj Muhammad 'Ali, Malik al-Tujjar at Bushire, dated 28 Suffur [Safar] 1280 / 12 July 1866 regarding a telegraph he had received from Addul Nubee, a Bushire merchant resiting in Busreh [Basra] regarding two of his slaves who had run away with some of his property and were on board the steamer Euphrateswhich was now anchoring at Bushire Roads. As the slaves had remained on board and not landed he required authorisation from the Residency in order for the Captain of the Euphratesto land them, and requested Pelly's assistance in doing so.The letter is written in Persian, with English translation \| 1 folio \| This letter is an enclosure to the letter on folios 96-97. \| more \| less
