Notlar	Darlow and Moule have notes, "The first edition of the complete Bible published 1827 for which Kieffer had thoroughly revised the Ali Bey [Ali Ufkı̂] translation by comparing it with the original texts as well as with the standard English, French, and German versions.It was also collated with Nogai, Arabic and Persian versions. Kieffer's 1819 edition of the New Testament was also revised for inclusion in this Bible. 5000 copies of the Bible and 2000 copies of the NT only were printed." In Arabic character.
