Ethé, Catalogue of Persian Manuscripts in the India Office Library, vol. 1, Oxford, 1903, cols. 249-250), rather than the more common form of "Shahrazūrī.", Copy is undated, but must have been made between 1602, when the translation into Persian was made, and 1627-8, the date of an owner's note on fol. 1a., The Persian translation was made in the year 1011 [1602-3] (see fol. 3b line 5) by Maqsūd 'Alī Tabrīzī, whose name is given (fol. 2b line 15) as: Maqsūd 'Alī Hakīm., Acquired in 1941 by the Army Medical Library from A.S.
