The physical size of the manuscript is 47,5 x 36 cm; 17 lines avarage per page; black ink; rubricating; Cover is made by animal skin, it has flap; Undefined paper, physically the paper looks dark and old, but the texture is strong likes new paper; Complete surah(verse), there are incongruity in the text, in surah112 (picture page 385) has repeatation in 4th ayat, and after surah 112 the writer wrote same surah, but it unfinished and incomplete; the text is readable; the manuscript condition is good.
